Join the Oil Syndicate
Our oil syndicate helps members save money on their heating oil while supporting our community shop. From 1 August 2026 the syndicate is run in association with Affinity Fuels, a heating-oil buying group and part of AF Group, a not-for-profit agricultural co-operative serving rural communities.

Pricing
Prices move with the market, and Affinity secures the best available price in our area at the time you order. There is no fixed discount — the benefit comes from the collective buying power of the group. Each price includes the 0.5p per litre contribution to our Village Store. A minimum order of 500 litres applies to each delivery.
How to order
Once you've registered, order online through our unique Ewelme link (below) or by phone to Affinity's call centre on 01603 881888. You choose when to order and how much you need (minimum 500 litres).
