May 2025 update

We've had the most marvellous Spring! Hot sunshine every day, plants, trees and flowers coming out into full leaf and bloom. We live in hope that it may last a little longer but it has lifted our hearts for the time that we have enjoyed it.

We are well-stocked with ice lollies and Chiltern ice cream tubs in various flavours.

Ewelme Store has just taken a large delivery from our wholesaler (I feel I should say here that one of our volunteers drives all the way to Reading to collect the goods and then brings them back to the shop, thank you Phil!). We are now stocked with cold drinks galore, chilled beers, lagers, ciders and wines. There are some new lines also, please come and see what we have.

We have a new beer in stock, a Hazy IPA which I am reliably informed is currently very popular.

Our local artist, Trisha Scott, has recently supplied us with some new greetings cards, featuring her gorgeous scenes of our village.
