Morning mists are encircling the village as I write this newsletter. Autumn is most definitely with us. A beautiful time of year when the leaves on the trees turn shades of gold, yellow, copper and everything in between.
There are warming soups, cheese scones (which never linger long on the counter), Cook casseroles and a plethora of ingredients to make warming autumnal dishes.
The staff have been setting up a splendid Christmas display table (no, it’s not too early we don’t think!). Do come in and have a look at all the goodies we are stocked with for the festivities.
Exciting news! See above for the front page of the brand new Ewelme Village Colouring Book. There are nine inserted pages of different scenes or objects to do with the village for little ones to colour in. A fantastic present!
We are also taking delivery of the “world-famous” (well, almost …) Ewelme Calendar for 2025. They really do not hang around for long so get your copy while they are still in stock.
